What is a Your Dog Membership?

Benefit from special offers and discounts throughout the year from UK dog-friendly attractions, including pubs, restaurants, cafes, tourist spots, retailers, groomers, hotels, cottages, camping and B&B's.

I’m a magazine subscriber, am I also a member?

Yes, all subscribers to the magazine are automatically a Your Dog member. You will receive a membership card in the post.

Can I be a member without taking out a 12-month subscription to the magazine?

Yes. If you subscribe to the magazine, you are already a member, but we also offer a lower rate to join the membership scheme only – which comes with 12 digital issues of Your Dog magazine.

How much does it cost?

You can become a member for just £23 a year (UK only) – offering all the benefits of the membership, plus receive a welcome pack and 12 digital issues of Your Dog magazine. Alternatively, you can subscribe from £40 a year and receive all 12 issues of Your Dog in the post, packed full of features, training tips, advice and dog-friendly guides, plus the membership card and welcome pack.

Where do I see the discounts and benefits?

Visit and log in to view the various discounts and benefits available to you.

Where do I login?

If you wish to view an offer with an exclusive code – a message will be displayed to login so that you can view it. You can also log in by clicking on the ‘login’ button in the top right corner of the Your Dog website.

I’ve subscribed, when do I get my card?

Please allow 30 days for your card to arrive, but we aim to get them out as soon as possible. You will have access to the offers online immediately.

How do I access my digital issues?

At the bottom of your receipt you will have received instruction on how to access this. You will need you account number and postcode. If you are having and issues with this then please contact us at 

How do I use my membership card?

Check out the latest offers either online, in the email newsletter or in the printed edition and follow the instructions per offer. Some places you’ll need to show your card on arrival, others are online only via a redemption code.

What do I do if I’ve lost my card?

Replacement cards are charged at £5 – please contact 

I’m not getting the newsletters – why?

Please check you’ve ticked the box which says ‘Free Your Dog eNewsletter’ when registering, in order to receive our newsletters. Log in to your account in the top right of the Your Dog website and open your account, click on ‘Update My Profile’ then scroll down and tick ‘Free Your Dog Newsletter’.

I signed up as a member – can I upgrade and get the full 12 issues of Your Dog?

Yes, simply give us a call on 01778 395 177 and our subscriptions team will be happy to assist.

Can I cancel my subscription/membership?
