Vicarage Barn – Warwickshire
This traditional barn adjoining the owner's home is set in the stunning Cotswold countryside and has been wonderfully renovated, retaining many of its original features while adding a contemporary feel.
The property is set just outside the picturesque village of Long Compton which has a local well stocked shop. Take a wander around this glorious village, admiring the 13th century church and well renowned two story, half-timbered, lynch gate. Afterwards stop off for a friendly pint at the Red Lion pub.
Holly Cottage – Suffolk
Holly Cottage is a Grade II listed, 17th century mid terrace property situated in the Suffolk village of Huntingfield.
Huntingfield is a quiet village between the market towns of Framlingham and Southwold. There is an excellent pub on the green opposite the cottage which serves good food. You can also collect your supper from the pub on a 'take away' basis to enjoy in the cottage.
Cider Press Cottage – Warwickshire
Cider Press Cottage is a light, warm and spacious semi-detached property offering accommodation on a single level. Converted from a Cotswold stone barn, it is situated on a quiet no through lane in a conservation area, with scenic walks onto Ilmington Downs starting a few yards from the front door.
A short drive away you will find the town on Broadway, it is often referred to as the “show village of England” due to its beautiful honey coloured limestone buildings, some of which date back to the 16th century. Visit the Broadway Deli to stock up on all the lovely, local produce that is beautifully presented inside and outside of the shop.
Pendleton Cottage – Derbyshire
Pendleton Cottage is a charming, detached one bedroom cottage ideally located on the edge of the Peak District National Park. This delightful, newly renovated property retains its original character, with beams and exposed stonework throughout.
Dogs are welcome at the property and to enjoy the beautiful walks right from the door, the owners have prepared detailed maps and directions for walks around the cottages, so you can find the prettiest footpaths and best views. You are situated in the picturesque village of Alderwasley, in a peaceful and relatively undiscovered area just a few miles from Matlock.
Darrynane Cottages – Cornwall
A warm welcome awaits all guests at Darrynane Holiday Cottages. Four detached, dog-friendly, self-catering properties sleeping two to six people. Located in a uniquely beautiful moorland valley surrounded by oak woods, waterfalls and the Tor River.
Bodmin Moor and The Camel Trail are nearby and travelling around the South West, including North and South Coast beaches, is easy with the good local road network. Open All Year.
The Coppermines & Lakes Cottages – Cumbria
Winners of the Trip Advisor 'Hall of Fame Award 2015' The Coppermines & Lakes Cottages are based in the heart of the pretty Coniston village, our little office is open seven days a week and there is always someone here to answer the phone. We pride ourselves on knowing each one of our properties inside and out, meaning we can always give you, as the guest, honest and reliable information.
And as a pet friendly company (their office dog Ziggie would agree), the majority of the cottages are pet friendly. They know that no trip to the Lake District is complete without a man (or woman’s) best friend to assist you on the fells, and we wouldn’t want your four-legged pals to miss out.
