Sweffling Hall Farm – Suffolk

The rural hideaway has solid deck floors throughout a spacious interior, extending to the terrace at the front and a practical porch entrance, shower room and separate WC at the rear. The tent has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a log burner at the heart. Each of the 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and a bunk bed room) have solid wooden beds with comfy mattresses and warm duvets.

Sweffling Hall Farm lies in a rural triangle between Framlingham to its inland west, coastal Southwold to the north east and seaside Felixstowe to the south - Suffolk's own golden triangle of fun, adventure and charming discover. Kittisford Barton – Somerset

Kittisford Barton is set amongst the stunning scenery of Somerset, just half an hour west of Taunton. Though surrounded by unspoilt countryside, the site is just 10 minutes from junction 26 of the M5, making it easily accessible and well located for local amenities.

Curlew Cottage – Cheshire

The charming Curlew Cottage is situated in Lower Peover, a mere 4 miles from the historic town of Knutsford which offers a wealth of local shops, restaurants and cafes. The cottage has a wonderful country style while having all the modern conveniences you would expect. Enjoy a lovely al fresco dinner whilst enjoying the sunshine in the pretty garden which even boasts a small pond.

You will be spoilt for choice with an abundance of excellent country pubs in the surrounding areas including The Bells of Peover. However if you prefer a cosy night in, why not order a delicious casserole or other similar dish, which can be provided on request. A short drive away you can discover the beautiful National Trust property, Dunham Massey or the stunning Tatton Park, host to the RHS Flower Show. Slightly further afield you can visit Beeston Castle, Lyme Park or Cholmondeley Castle and Gardens.

Bromholm Barn – Norfolk

Set in a quiet, rural location surrounded by beautiful open countryside, yet only one mile from the nearest beach, Bromholm Barn is a stunning 200 year old red brick and flint barn recently renovated to provide stylish accommodation, all on one level. Incorporated into the barn walls are stones from the 13th century ruins of Bromholm Priory mentioned in Chaucer's 'A Reeve's Tale' and once believed to be home of the True Cross.

There is a private and secure south/west facing courtyard with patio. Further area of lawn to the rear of the property. There is also a grassed area to the front of the property suitable for children to play.

Llancayo Windmill – Monmouthshire

Llancayo Windmill is a recently renovated luxury self-catering holiday retreat situated approximately two miles north of the former market town of Usk in Monmouthshire. The mill was built in 1813 and destroyed by fire around 1830 and until four years ago had stood as a ruin.

Usk is conveniently located in the centre of Monmouthshire and the town itself has a castle, a rural life museum, the session’s house, a collection of old houses, a variety of restaurants, shops, public houses, hotels and other amenities associated with a vibrant rural town. Usk is also famous for its fishing and successes in the Wales in Bloom and Britain in Bloom competitions.

Cider Press Cottage – Warwickshire

Cider Press Cottage is a light, warm and spacious semi-detached property offering accommodation on a single level. Converted from a Cotswold stone barn, it is situated on a quiet no through lane in a conservation area, with scenic walks onto Ilmington Downs starting a few yards from the front door.

Ilmington is an attractive village, criss-crossed by footpaths, and lying in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Two traditional country pubs (including the Howard Arms, well-known locally for its excellent restaurant) are within walking distance of the cottage, in addition to the well-stocked village shop. Places to visit nearby include Chipping Campden (4 miles), Stratford-upon-Avon (8 miles) and Hidcote and Kiftsgate Gardens (2 miles).

Stella at Nash Point Lighthouse – Glamorgan

Stella is one of two holiday cottages available at the lighthouse which is located on the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. There are wonderful safe beaches, many of which have been awarded the coveted blue flag. In particular, there is Ogmore-by-Sea (just over 4 miles away), Barry Island, Southerndown and Porthcawl, which are particularly good for windsurfing.

A short drive away (just over 8 miles) Cowbridge offers a good range of shops with small boutiques, craft and art galleries and excellent restaurants and pubs. Further along the coast is the famous Gower peninsula and walking on the Mumbles.
