Rural Roosts offers accommodation in high quality, luxury pine lodges surrounding a fishing lake. Our lodges are comfortable, cosy and well insulated, making them an ideal place to stay all year round! We are in a fantastic location, great for action packed short breaks, relaxing holidays with friends and family, wildlife watching, fishing or cycling holidays.

Eagle Brae – Inverness-shire

Eagle Brae sleeps up to 26 guests across seven cabins. The maximum any one cabin can take is six. Spacious, yet cosy, the interior of each home is a work of art in itself. Log burning stoves, Scottish motifs, local artwork and period sporting paraphernalia blend with wooden furnishings carved in the Himalayas to create an ambience unlike any you may have experienced before.

Eagle Brae is set among the grandeur of some of the wildest glens, highest mountains and largest lochs of the northern Scottish Highlands. Several Munros – Scottish mountains over 3,000ft high – lie at the head of nearby Glen Affric and Glen Strathfarrar, offering the perfect challenge for energetic Eagle Brae adventurers. Three major lochs feed into Rivers Farrar and Glass, providing excellent salmon fishing on Eagle Brae’s own private beats. Also within easy reach is Strathfarrar’s indigenous pinewood forest and regenerating wildflower grasslands.
