Llancayo Windmill – Monmouthshire
Llancayo Windmill is a recently renovated luxury self-catering holiday retreat situated approximately two miles north of the former market town of Usk in Monmouthshire. The mill was built in 1813 and destroyed by fire around 1830 and until four years ago had stood as a ruin.
Usk is conveniently located in the centre of Monmouthshire and the town itself has a castle, a rural life museum, the session’s house, a collection of old houses, a variety of restaurants, shops, public houses, hotels and other amenities associated with a vibrant rural town. Usk is also famous for its fishing and successes in the Wales in Bloom and Britain in Bloom competitions.

Dartmoor Holidays – Devon
Dartmoor National Park converted barn. Three cottages (sleeping 6, 5 & 2-4), competitive prices, on the western slopes of Dartmoor, Tavistock 3 miles. Fantastic walking: open moor only 10 minutes walk up no through lane.
They can lend maps and advise places to explore. Extra dogs and other pets (including horses) usually accepted. Riding stables nearby and excellent dog-friendly pub in the village.

Darrynane Cottages – Cornwall
A warm welcome awaits all guests at Darrynane Holiday Cottages. Four detached, dog friendly, self catering properties sleeping 2 - 6 people. Located in a uniquely beautiful moorland valley surrounded by oak woods, waterfalls and the Tor River.
The individual cottages nestle in Darrynane’s 7 acres of grounds with gated and fenced gardens. They are well equipped with fully fitted kitchens, woodburning stoves and heating. Outdoor furniture and BBQ's too.

Arvonia – Mid Wales
An attractive and spacious terrace holiday home with spectacular sea views. Arvonia is well situated: 2 minute walk to sandy beaches, pubs, shops, restaurants, harbour and heritage coastal walks for beautiful walks, birdwatching (red kites etc) and spotting seals and dolphins.
New Quay has it's own resident dolphins easily seen from Arvonia, There are 3 beautiful sandy beaches ( 2 allow dogs all year ) the main beach has the Blue Flag. The closest beach is just below Arvonia, great for children and dogs. Kayaks/sailing boats and windsurf lessons/hire from main beach. Recommended: boat trips from harbour for seeing bird and sea life.
