Folly Cottage is a delightful, surprisingly spacious terraced cottage in the heart of the village of Corfe Castle, with easy access to the picturesque village square, Swanage Steam Railway and many outstanding walks.

On the ground floor, a small porch leads into a large bright open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room with a solid wood floor. At one end there is a comfortable modern three-piece suite, colour TV and DVD player, perfect for a relaxing evening in front of the cosy wood burning stone. In the middle is the dining area, with a side unit, offering a good selection of books and then a well-equipped kitchen area. This large open plan room, provides a perfect social space, to prepare a delicious meal, dine around the table and then relax on the sofas.

From this room, a generous staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The pretty master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room with built in shower, hand basin and W.C. There is a colour TV and a large window overlooking the garden with a superb view of Corfe Castle. The attractive second bedroom has twin beds and a Truckle bed, suitable for a small child, and has fine views of the Purbeck Hills. Either bedroom has space for a cot. The delightful family bathroom has a freestanding roll top bath, W.C. and basin.

A stable style door opens from the kitchen to an enclosed garden. There are a few steps leading up to the lawn area where there is garden furniture and a barbecue.

Folly Cottage is a splendid, well presented, fully equipped holiday cottage which provides excellent home from home accommodation, in this fantastic part of Dorset. It is approximately 10 minutes drive to Studland Beach or Swanage. It is close to the road, but thick walls and double-glazing reduce traffic noise to a level which most people will find acceptable.
