It’s almost that time of the year again, when the world’s greatest celebration of dogs rolls into town.
Taking place from March 5 – 8, 2020, at Birmingham’s NEC, Crufts is set to welcome more than 150,000 visitors and 27,000 canine contestants, all vying for the honour of being crowned Best in Show.
We have teamed up with the Kennel Club to offer 20 pairs of general admission tickets, valid on any one day of Crufts 2020 (excluding entry to Best in Show). Boasting a unique atmosphere and a myriad thing to see, do, learn, and buy, the world’s most famous dog show will be broadcast on Channel 4 and live streamed on the Crufts YouTube channel.
As well as top-class showing action, displays, and competitions, don’t miss the thrilling climax to the prestigious Kennel Club Friends for Life competition, which recognises unsung canine heroes, and culminates in the announcement of the public vote on Sunday evening.
Other major highlights include the final of Scruffts, the popular annual celebration of cross-breeds, and the chance to explore the Discover Dogs area, which showcases 200 breeds, including the Harrier, a native hound, who’ll be represented for the first time this year. Meanwhile, the Barbet, an ancient French breed, will be making its show ring debut.
There’s also the chance to learn more about the Kennel Club’s breed rescue organisations and partnerships with veterinary and animal health organisations.
And, with over 400 stands selling an array of dog food, toys, beds, outdoor clothing, and other equipment, Crufts 2020 will offer the ultimate canine shopping experience.
This year, the Utility and Toy groups will be judged on Thursday, March 5; Gundogs on Friday, March 6; Working and Pastoral breeds on Saturday, March 7; and Terriers and Hounds on Sunday, March 8.
