Um, no not really! Lol!
Milo is exactly the same unless he's wearing his Gentle Leader. The trouble is, when he's wearing that he spends the whole walk trying to rub it off

(this is my 2nd atepmt at writing this as my internet dropped n I lost the whole thing arrrgggghhh)

Right... start again!

There are many training aids to stop pulling, and as many training methods too!!

You could use a head collar, there are many out there, including, gentle leader, halti and Gencon, as well as many others. They are all slightly different but work in the same way, in one way or another. they reduce the power of a dogs pull, they put pressure on the nose and the back of the head which, they can also gently pull the dogs head round to prevent him pulling!

As well as head collars there are anti-pull harnesses, (if you go for this option make sure that you go for a anti-pull and not a normal harness as normal ones will just increase you dogs pulling power)

The day you buy what ever product you decide on, you should start training, because dont forget any of the products above dont stop pulling only help you cope with it!! Start the training by gettiing an AMAZING treats (hotdog etc) and mix some dry food in too, first of all, put the product on and treat and treat and treat, if the object... make them follow treats... make sure they don't get treats for scratching at it or trying to get it off!!!

There are also loads of methods to stop your dog pulling, with or with out training aids....

I would also see a good local trainer, as they will be able to help you alot more!! (try and find a reward based trainer if poss... you don't want choke chain trainer.. hey Avansa??) So check online for good trainers in your area!!

Good luck let us know how you get on!

"The best collar in the world is the dogs mind." To borrow from a certain famous horse trainer

The solution is TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING! Go to the library, there will be loads of books on dog training. Pick one that YOU like, and work hard to teach your dog. I personally had the best results for leash-pulling with clicker-training but ANY method will probably work, as long as you use it properly and consistantly.

Good luck!
