I was doing my weekly shop at Tesco in Carlisle, when two Jack Russel Terriers, on a joined lead walked past. I knew something was up from when I saw them dressed up in England football clothes, tops, boppers, collars, necklaces etc
I then saw a 5-year-old looking boy running after the terriers, holding them on the lead, when he slipped, banged his head and fell to the floor. I then saw two girls in their late-teens/early twenties laughing at him, I knew they had some relation to him because he was crying and they went to calm him.
What they failed to realise was that their two Jack Russels were running free down the grass verge and went right across the road, infront of my car, round the back and, as I looked in the wing mirror, passed the car behind me and back to the grassy verge. I heard was a giant screech of wheels and feared the worst. The two girls and the child walked on down the road, oblivious that their dogs were still running free. The dogs then followed their owners and walked off. There was chaos at the turning to Tesco.
What I found worse, was that the two girls were laughing hard all the way through at their child falling over and had no consideratio to their dogs.
There is another fine example of a dog that would have a crappy (sorry) life at home.
It angers me so much!
