It's not so much the devil dogs as the devil owners, they nare the ones responsible for the behaviour of the dogs who more likely than not will end up having to be put down. I agree they are a danger to people and dogs alike but don't blame the dog blame the idiots who train them to be that way and the breeders who knowingly breed from agressive stock.
