Just to let you know William was pts this morning.

Can't really write too much now, am an absolute tearful mess (left school today as well and so many of my mates are leaving).

Anyway, glad my gorgeous boy is pain free and so longer suffering. Wish I could do him justice by talking more, but thats not possible tonight.

Oh I am so sorry, I know exactly how you feel, I didn't go to school for a week when Jazz was put to sleep.
He knows you love him still, and you did the kindest thing if he was in pain

Very sorry to hear <3

I'm so sad to hear that CloClo

Like you said, at least he isn't in pain anymore. He'll be running around care-free up in doggy heaven
I know that doesn't really make it any easier though, and I was so heartbroken when my old family dog died because I'd grown up with her so I know how you feel.

All my thoughts are with you x

Oh no hope you are ok, try and focus on all the good times you shared with him that helped me when we lost our old lab

Just remember he has gone to that special place over the rainbow bridge.

aww i'm so sorry for your doggy loss

it's hard when you lose a pet that's been there a long time! i know, from when my grandmother's dog died (and i wasn't there, i was in Spain) and it took me a while before i could come to terms with it.

i think the best advice for anyone in this kind of situation, after the passing of a much loved family member, is this: just cry as much as you can! you'd be surprised (or maybe not) at how much crying helps. once all the tears are gone, most of the pain is, too. it gets the sad bit over and done with so you can look back at all the happy times you had with him!!

anyway i hope you are all coping ok! i hope Tee-J isn't too shaken up either

I'm so sorry to hear about William as you know I'm new so I didn't know much about him but I hate to hear about any dog being PTS.

You did the right thing.

Thanks guys/girls/dogs....made me cry reading that. Can't believe it will have been so long since he went....

Miss my old man loads...so quiet at my nans. Tee-J hasn't been over there since, but they've been over here and he keeps looking....he climbed in their car and was climbing through it looking for his mate

Keep going to the Border Collies down the road for a Collie Cuddle.

There's a few photos on facebook...if you haven't got me as a friend search 'Chloe Borderick' and you should find me (there isn't another me). I think quite a few of you are friends with me, don't know really.

So anyway...Miss you Will my gorgeous old man.

So very sorry about William.I was in awful state for few months after both of ours put to sleep, one one year, the other the following year, awful.
Just remember it's the last kindness we can do for them, even though it breaks our hearts.
Everyone will be thinking of you at this sad time.

Hello,
I know im a few months late now but Im sorry to hear about William, My Mum had to put our 5 month old jack russel puppy to sleep after she slipped out of her lead and ran into the road. You can imagine how hard it would be for my Mum to put a puppy to sleep and then come home to 3 young children and explain to them what had happened. It was a rough day.
Anyway I hope you are feeling better now, I bet William was happy that he was so loved and cared for. x
