Terms and conditions Advent 2012

Terms and Conditions for the Advent Calendar competition, running from December 1st - December 25th 2012

1. The amount of prizes on offer will vary per day. For details on the individual day's prizes, please see the main Advent competition for that day.

2. The competition is open to UK residents only.

3. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of BPG Media or any subsidiary of BPG Media.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. Only one entry per person per day. You may enter every day.

6. The winner(s) will be selected at random.

7. The closing date every day is midnight, right up to and including Christmas Day.

8. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to BPG Media, 1-6 Buckminster Yard, Buckminster, Grantham, NG335SB after the final closing date (December 25th). Names are also posted on Facebook.com/yourdogmagazine

9. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as BPG Media may require.

10. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

11. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

12. This competition is being run by BPG Media.

13. Please read our Privacy Policy, which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

14. BPG Media reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. BPG Media may also create rules that will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

15. BPG Media will endeavour to send prizes within one week of the competition end dates, but cannot guarantee this delivery time, especially during the Christmas season. Prizes may be sent from BPG Media or from the company offering the prize, therefore in some instances we will need to pass the winner's details onto the relevant company in order to send the prize.
